Request missing in Quality server

Dear all

In table E070 we are getting all entries but in stms_import tcode the same request does not show but in PRD all thins are fine

it show import queue is empty

same record found in PRD server

kindly suggest

our route is DEV QUA PRD

Hi

i have request of last 3 yrs so how could i go for add the request in import queue then again i have to import all request again which could cause mismatch in order and which could be mess

kindly suggest if i go for reconfigure of STMS in quality which would solve the issue
