Recommendations for PO 7.4 Patch level

Hello experts,

do you have any recommendations for a PO 7.4 patch level for a new installation?

We will replace our old XI 7.0 with the 7.4 single-stack.

We will move all scenarios manually to the new system.

Are there Patch level which are particularly stable?

Should we install the newest SP10?
