Quick Sizer tool

We have been using quick sizer tool to estimate the CPU memory , but the tool is not clear and not provided the correct information. 

Used the Non-HANA-based Classic Quick Sizer option to download and use the Quick Sizer tool.

Questions:

1. In the sizing tool shows Crystal Report 2016 instead of 2020. Is it possible to change to 2020 version?
2.  Once filled and runs the tools, it only shows "Results show "Medium CPU - 64GB memory" , but customer requires a detailed breakdown of:
   1. How many required virtual CPUs?
   2. How many RAM allocation?
   3. Is it possible to have more detailed hardware specifications is needed?
3.  Is it possible to print and/or save as PDF?
