QUERY_STRING Trusted Authentication

I have followed KB1593628 and cannot get the system to work with Trusted Authentication using QUERY_STRING.

The only thing I find in the logs was the attached image.

I have ran detailed logs for the CMS and nothing except the image. Is there another KB article? The manual has a totally different configuration. This is one of the requirements for SAML configuration.

It looks like your shared secret is corrupt, this occurs when it is generated with an administrator account vs THE administrator account. Login with THE Administrator account, create a new shared secret, and replace the current one.

If you look at the file there should be no zs or /s just a random hexidecimal (1-f) string.

Once replaced it should work. The failure can be captured in the web/app logs

I am using THE Administrator account.

So what am I missing? Check the key each time I generate OR is this a bug in Patch 600 and I need to update my 4.3 system to Patch 800?
