Query browser access issue

Hi,

We are trying to access analytics query C_SALESANALYTICSQRY in query browser app in Fiori , and when I do the same we are getting the error message as showed in the below screen shot, but when I execute the same query in backend system using RSRT it gives me the results.

we have activated all the services pertaining to query C_SALESANALYTICSQRY and seems everything looks okay.

we could not be able to figure out why the data is not getting displayed in Fiori app.
