Purchase Order Extract methods and examples

Hi there,

I am working with a company that uses SAP where they raise their PO's in. I was wondering if anyone here can tell me what the standard methods are of extracting PO information out of a SAP system (not using the API)? And if possible, share the format or an example of this extract, whether it is XML, CSV, Excel etc?
