How to activate all DTPs at once.
There is no standard program yet to activate DTP's, let us know if you find any.
May I ask why are you looking for such program ? Executing even an inactive DTP will activate it in the process before the loading job actually kicks off.

I understand that we have our process chains failing because of that reason.
What SP are you on ?
DTP's should activate in process chains as well during execution of the same.
