Problem in visualization Workflow Inbox

Hello,

I'm using SAP Business Workplace (Transaction SBWP) to visualized bill documents.

All documents are memorized in folder SAP Business Workplace --> Inbox --> Workflow.

Unfortunately my user have a Validity Period, so when validity is expired (5 days ago), and when I have reactivated user, I have "lost" every documents!

In this moment the folder SAP Business Workplace --> Inbox --> Workflow is empty!!

On the other hand my roles and profiles are unchanged.

There is a way to recover these information?

Hi,

Try using SWPR to restart the workflows.

or click on the workflow id field in swdd and press F1 and go to technical settings to get the table of workflows created .

Get the workflow and try to execute them
