Printer Properties grayed during selecting the windows printer

Dear Experts, We are facing a issue from beginning. When users doing the printing from SAP.. the Properties got disabled. Our printer settings at SPAD is at below:

Device Type:PDF1

Device Class: Standard

Printer Access Method: G

Host Printer: __default At SAP level the properties is working fine. But during printer selection is goes disabled. See the below images:

Then,

See the last image... the properties goes disabled. But when we print any document from windows... this properties works good. How to resolve it please help me.

Just to complete the information. The properties can not be changed for PDF spools.

Now we have the SAP note 2462956 - Unable to edit properties in Windows print dialog pop-up, that explain this.
