Print Error with Image Compression

Hi,

since we get a new printer driver with the possibility to set the "Image Compression" the printout only works when the Image Compression is set to "Disabled". The printer driver default setting for all user is "Recommended Reduction /Best PQ". Therefore all users have to set the setting before each print out. This is very annoying.

It doesn't matter if we use PS or PCL printer driver.

We use "SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framwork (64-bit) 13.014.1720"

Any kind of help is welcome.

See if SP 15 helps:

- I suspect not and then your best bet will be to add this as an enhancement (note this would not be considered a bug) to the SAP Idea Place:

Thank you for your assistance. We tried the newest Version CRforVS_13_0_15 but without success. I opened an enhancement request.
