Hello,

I am a PowerBuilder 12 user. I am replacing my old PC with a new one and attempted to re-issue the license key on the website. However, I was unable to re-issue the key because I received the message: 'Host ID and Host Name already used to upload key!'

This MAC address has never been registered before. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
