Power builder corrupted after the build failure in Jenkins

I have powerbuilder Version 12.5

I had tried creating a build from Jenkins, getting the below error - The job takes the code from git and the clone happened in my local successfully. I trying to point my machine and create a build in my local machine.

Error initializing SySAM licensing.
Sybase (R) OrcaScript interpreter version 12.5
	Using ANSI source file C:\JenkinsNode\Node\IBS_Slave_Jv8304\workspace\Test_jv8304_IBS_build\Application\CreatePBDs.orca.
Start Session
Last Command Failed.

Build step 'Execute Windows batch command' marked build as failure

After this build issue I can see my PB instance got corrupted with the below error

I found one solution for this issue in the community page and did not help resolve my issue -

Been there, done that ... feel your SYSAM pain!

Try one of these possible remedies, as follows:

a) Try this first ...

• Locate pb125_sysam.properties in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Sybase\PowerBuilder 12.5
• Right click on the file and select "Properties".
• Click on the "Previous Versions" tab. Wait a bit until the File Versions box is populated.
• Select a version from a restore point when you knew PB to be working OK and then click the RESTORE button.
• PB should start normally

b) Try this second ...

• Your pb125_sysam.properties file (in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Sybase\PowerBuilder 12.5) might be corrupted...
• Try to replace it with the one from C:\Program Files (x86)\Sybase\PowerBuilder 12.5

A possible workaround is to copy the pb125_sysam.properties from <PowerBuilder_Install_Dir> into the location C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Sybase\PowerBuilder 12.5

If this is reproducible, you may want to check what process is writing to that file during the build process. You can use a tools like Process Monitor (from Microsoft Windows Sysinternals) for that work.

Since PB 12.x is no longer actively supported, there will be no fixes offered if it is the source of the problem.
