Outbound idoc issue

Hi Experts,

Outbound Idoc failed in the external system.due to this missing value in RCVLAD field of control data.However this is send from ECC with status 03 .This field reffers to the address info tab under logical address called 'Recipient'.Can anyone provide any input on this.How data is updated in this field.

Other than "special case" (this is mentioned in the documentation if you hit F1 on the field), I don't believe it's filled anywhere by SAP standard.
