I am new to it. I have done certification and got this. Can anybody tell me the use of this?

You have to mail to sap if you are user of sap and if you want the oss id then you have to write a mail to sap.
services2sap.com.
OSS id has wide range of documentation, guide, support pack etc..

You can do the following things with OSS ID on Market Place:
1) Access OSS Notes which consists of many known issues which are resolved.
2) Order & Download SAP Software & Support Packs etc.,
3) Maintain the System Data of your Organization
4) Maintain Access to different users
5) Open Connections for SAP to connect to your systems
6) Access & Download lot of Guides and Documentation
7) Report a SAP Product Error or a Bug to SAP to resolve
😎 Generate Developer Keys, Migration Keys & SSCR Keys used to modify the Objects in SAP
9) Request help from many SAP experts
10) Maintain SAP Service Hostings ......etc.,
Marketplace does have many other things that can be managed. Just start using it and it will be easy to understand different uses of it.

With OSS ID you can log into http://service.sap.com and get access to lot of documentation.Where as for any other consultant it's not accessible, unless his company assign one.
