We would like to verify whether below users currently have access to connectsupport.ariba.com.


 SPHONE_NUMBER PERSON_NAME, SPHONE_NUMBER PERSON_NAME Kou, SPHONE_NUMBER Jimmy Un 


Could you please confirm if there are any access restrictions or prerequisites we should be aware of? Additionally, let us know if any specific configuration or user role is required to enable access.

Regarding to your issue, please refer to KBA 3121688 - S-user ID authorizations for Designated Support Contact (DSC) access or Basic access - SAP Ariba Connect

The Ariba installation for your company account is 90971866, the two S-users you provided are missing authorizations on this installation.

Authorizations needed for Basic access:

  • Display Cloud Data - set at the Ariba installation number level

Authorizations needed for Designated Support Contact (DSC) access:

  • Display Cloud Data - set at the Ariba installation number level
  • Report Technical Problem - set at Customer Number level or Ariba installation number level
  • Close Cases - set at Customer Number level or Ariba installation number level
  • Send Cases to SAP - set at Customer Number level or Ariba installation number level
  • Display Cases - set at Customer Number level or Ariba installation number level

For data security, our SAP always recommend customer to manage S-users/authorizations by themselves. 

Thus please contact below Ariba cloud admin to help assign authorizations these two S-users.
