Need equivalent App for SUIM transaction code

Is there an application equivalent for SUIM t-code that I can use as a Display App so the Business User is able to view their own roles without edit options?

In S/4HANA Cloud we have the following applications that would fit your requirement: IAM Information System app, Maintain Business Users and Maintain Business Roles.

Regarding the Display Only configuration, the authorization concept for business roles is based on the concept of granting authorizations (as opposed to denying them). By adding business catalogs to a business role and assigning the business role to a business user, you can control which applications the business user is authorized to carry out. As a next step, you define how the customer data can be accessed. You do this by adding authorization values to the restriction fields.

This way, our suggestion is that you create a Business Role with "Write Access: No access" containing the authorization objects for the mentioned applications.
