Hi,

When i am executing the query i am not getting the description for variable, formulas when i logged at different language instead of English. Is there any settings are needed to at bw system to support multiple languages or can we do this thing from translation tab at AWB.

If any knows how to solve this problem please let me know..

Hi PRK,

You'll see only those language-dependent texts that you have maintained already.

You have to enter the system under different languages and maintain text and descriptions.

Hi Eugene,

Thanks for responding,

Can you tell me how i need to maintain the system under different languages to maintain text and description?

It's simple. Enter the system. If, for example infoobject was created with the language differs from the logon language, the texts of the IO will be blank. Enter texts and activate IO.

After that the text in this language might be seen when you execute a query in this language.

Formula variables with replacement path not always give you the value you expected, regardless of language chosen.
