MMS Authentication Failed

hi,

today i suddenly got an error MMS Authentication Failed .Iam able to login till yesterday but suddenly i got that error . iam unable to authenticate from my android application., Please find the attached screen shot .

Can anyone please tell me why this issue occurs and how can i solve this issue ?

Is there any user expiration?

You have entered the wrong credentials resulted in authentication failure. And the user has been locked in SUP server. You have to wait for preconfigured time interval to automatically unlock the user (default is 600 secs), then enter the correct credentials.

i didnt enter the wrong username and password  i have chceked it in database, and  this error occurs due to password expiry

Did you try with new password as you mentioned password has expired?

Still getting the same issue

Ofcourse if the password is expired means the system will not allow you to login from the app. Reset your password and pass the new credentials from the device, it will work.
