Hi All,

7 rows are missing from the query but the rest are displayed. The missing rows are available in BW master data but it doesn't display in Query. Any idea where the problem is?

i'll assign points to helpful answers.

thanks in advance

I believe when you say 7 rows you meant 7 values of masterdata of the char -

if so, you dont have any transactional data for these values in ur cube. thats the reason why you are not able to see these values and corresponding KF value in the report. Go to LISTCUBE and check if you have any transactional data in the cube for the missing masterdata values.

Hi voodi,

thanks for da quick reply. Yeah, I meant 7 values of masterdata. I checked in the LISTCUBE there is no transactional data for the corresponding master data. But, should be able to see it when I click on restrict in the fixed values in query. I thought I could see all the master data in the char. when I click on restrict on query.

go to IO maintenance - bex tab - query values(something on these lines - not top of my mind) - values from masterdata table
