Method not found

We are using CRforVS 64bits 13.0.20 on .Net 4.5 all is working fine, but when we try to expor to pdf we find:

Method not found: 'Void CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.PDfExportFormatOptionsClass.set_CurrentPage(Int32)'.

It also happens to if we try to export to any other format. All is fine when print the report on a pdf printer.We believe that we have tried all possibilities but still it`s the only thing that we do not know how to put to work in all our Project.

First, sorry for the delay to write again. At end we upgrading like Don said and now it´s working fine. Thanks too much for help and attention. One thing more, by the way, sometimes in some computers when we export to pdf all looks right but reading the document you can find some words like department writing as departtmentt, is like some character are writen twice, or too in some moments it doesn't keep spaces between words and looks like words on words.

Example: written: ttulació,n según los siguientes dato:s must be: titulación según los siguientes datos
