master data text are missing for 0matl_grp

hi gurus,

              when user run report few material group text data is missing... i checked in system in rsa1 on 0matl_text and i found text data is missing for few material groups so now what i need to do?? as user need the text data to be appear in query output..

if i need to load missing data for master data object... can anyone please tell me the detailed procedure for this as i never come across a situation to load missing data in masted data object.. thanks in advance gurus...

note: please respond as it is very urgent work...

Hi Veera,

If data flow not exist, follow the below steps.

You need to activate data source and replicate into bw side.

Follow this points.

1. From ECC Side, Activate data source form RSA5, 0MATL_GROUP_TEXT - select data source and click on activate data source.

2. Check for your data source.

3. at T code - RSA3, enter your data source and execute it. check data pulls are not.

once it pulls data at ecc side RSA3.

4. Replicate data source into bw side and activate data source.

5. Create transformations to info object 0MATL_GROUP.

6. Create a info pack and dtp.

7. trigger info pack and later trigger dtp to move data from psa to target.

You need to above steps at dev system check it once. once its was fine then move all design to quality and production.

If data flow was exist, missing data for some fields, then reload info package and later respective dtp. run Attribute change run(T- code  - RSATTR)
