Hi,

While I am doing the downloads for EHPI Upgrade but after choosing target, it gives me this error.

Requested Attribute Change Package 'EA-IPPE===400' not deliverable.

Hello,

This error message is caused by some settings in the SAP Service Marketplace, which lock the file even though it should not be locked.

There is nothing you can do from your side to avoid this error.

We are working on it.

Hi Miguel,

We have the same problem here.

We started this weekend with two errors:

1.     Requested Attribute Change Package 'EA-IPPE===400' not deliverable

2.     Requested Attribute Change Package 'EA-APPL===606' not deliverable

When trying to calquelate the queue again this morning the error for EA-APPL is gone.

Can you tell us when this is solved for EA-IPPE?

I found that it's related to the stack you are trying to update. Try with one level before and you could succeed.

I've exactly the same error regarding the EA_IPPE trying to create a maintenance transaction for upgrading to EHP7 stack level 4 released in May.

In addition I also have the following warning:

'SAP IGS 720_EXT': requested instantiation '20007792' invisible

Has this anything to do with Marketplace problems too ?

This situation getting to be very serious for us.

I still cant to create stack.xml and generate set of packages for upgrade.

Please can you inform me (us) where is issue and how we can solve this.

I'm having an issue with calculating files for Banking services/insurance analyzer. I'm getting:

Requested Attribute Change Package 'BI_CONT===747' not deliverable.

Is there any way we can find the information when some of the files have been locked and for how long will they be locked ?

Hello,

The ACP package  was locked today at 9:24 a.m.

I think one should plan with the worst case scenario that it will not be unlocked today. I would have to check with the package owner to know when it will be unlocked.

I will try notifying through this thread if I find out anything.
