HI,
KT means knowledge transfer..It usually happens when some new consultant replaces an old one so in that case the old consultant will give the new one KT..
1) They will telll the reports which they worked on.
2)New developments and enhacement has been made.
3)they will tell the entire flow of the developments which they worked on.
4)everything has to be documented.
so its basically a knowledge transfer session which is given by a cinsultant to another consultant when they are leaving and someone else is replacing them
