Kernel Upgrade steps (SAP BASIS Administration)

Hi Experts,

I am looking for kernal upgrade steps from any SAP Guide but unfortunatly i wont be able to find the same.Could you

please let me know where i can find the same. i mean in which sap Guide i would find the same.

Hi Prashant,
As mentioned, details given on Note 19466 - Downloading SAP kernel patches

On SAP Support Portal, you should select the required kernel version, and then select the operating system.
To update your kernel completely, you you must download the patches from both directories: "Database independent" (SAPEXE.SAR) and database-specific kernel patches (SAPEXEDB.SAR).
