Does SAC Just Ask support datasphere analytical model built using remote table? It doesnt work when i tried. Please clairy.

*** Update

Sorry for the confusion, it supports live datasphere model but it takes a long time to display the dropdown window that allows you to select model objects (dimensions/measures) at least when you using the model for the first time. As it was taking very long time i thought it does not support live model. But lot of features like create index/define synonyms/rules are not yet supported. Also I see nothing is planned in the near future for live models in the SAP roadmap. Without the above features there is no use of SAP claiming Just Ask supports live models. With the current limitations on live models we cant even suggest the clients to use it.

Yes, we are supporting this scenario. It's currently only supported on the Just ask home screen, and not yet in the 'manage model section'. When you are on the home screen, go to 'add model to search' in the model selection dropdown, then pick your Datasphere model.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to use live datasphere model in Just Ask but my client wants to create index/define synonyms/rules on live datasphere models. All of these features are not support in live models. Also I see nothing is planned for live models in the SAP roadmap. How you were able to convince your client if his requirement was to use Just Ask with live datasphere models?

Thanks for your follow-up question. Support for synonyms and rules for live Datasphere models is on our roadmap.
