JsfOpenShm failed error .

Hi Jim Farney ,

We have intially installed the single instance (J00) with the SCS instance on a single hostname in the SAP NW CE 7.2

Then we have installed another instance (J02) .

(i.e )

Qc1 --> Host

SCS01 -- SCS

J00 -- Application Server

J02 -- Application Server (additional )

After installing the another additional application server , after making a restart , when i try to acess the url : http ://host :portnumber .

Suddenly it cannot able to reach the port number : 50000

When i checked in jsmon , its not allowing me to check the process .

Its giving the below error :

JsfOpenShm failed: object not found

Cannot access shared memory.

Kindly suggest for the solution .
