Joule In Eclipse

Hi ,

I am Trying to use Joule in My latest eclipse

Version: 2025-03 (4.35.0)

Build id: 20250306-0812 )

But it showing this error 

I want detail setup guide how can i use joule for my all ABAP developments ( I have a S-User id ) .

Q1)  What i need to Subscribe in My SAP BTP account  and how to get it stated?

Q2) Do i need any license's ?

Q3) How much of it is paid and free?
