jdbc error

I am getting the following error when doing JDBC - File scenario. Every thing s configured properly. Still am facing this error:

Error during database connection to the database URL 'jdbc:odbc:Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (.mdb)};DBQ=D:\DB\MYDATABASE.mdb' using the JDBC driver 'jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver': 'com.sap.aii.adapter.jdbc.sql.DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL 'jdbc:odbc:Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (.mdb)};DBQ=D:\DB\MYDATABASE.mdb': SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0xcc8 Thread 0x11a8 DBC 0x5716024 Jet'.'
