The 7.60 GUI for Windows is nearing the end of its life and 7.70 will be released shortly. The Java GUI remains at 7.50 and there are some differences in the look and feel of transactions. I help out with classes at a University Alliance school and we have many questions from students using Mac when going through SAP assignments. Does anybody know if there is a roadmap for the Java GUI and if it ever may be updated to be more aligned with the Windows GUI? For now we encourage Mac users to use the web client which is a good solution most of the time.

Hello Bob,
For similar questions and answer see https://answers.sap.com/questions/13156882/sap-gui-for-java-design.html
More information on SAP GUI for Java 7.70 will be provided soon.
But for now, it is even more important to make sure SAP GUI for Java 7.50 will run on macOS Big Sur.
Best regards
Rolf-Martin
