In our environment, the only saplogon SSO ticket issuer is the portal. Users do not have active passwords on backend systems so therefore must always hit the portal first. We want to migrate from Websapconsole to ITSMobile. Will SSO work for ITSMobile if we have the user authenticate to the portal first then launch the ITSMobile app from an iView? Will I be able to have the user authenticate to the portal than link directly (outside of portal) to ITSMobile app? Thanks.
