Issue when opening the Runtime Work bench page

hi,

I am facing Issue when opening the Runtime Work bench page, the page is getting opened with errors,. Its not loaded properly.

Below is the error Details.

I am removing the host name. I Installed IE and Mozilla again and tried, but still the error is there. Any help would be appreciated.

Try enabling java scripts option in IE, Mozilla browsers..........
