Inventory Data Extraction.

hi experts,

I am doing an Inventory data extraction with extractor 2LIS_03_BX.

The Steps i m doing are as follows:-

1) In the R/3 System using t-code LBWG, I am first deleting the entries of

Inventory setup tables(Chosing option 03).

2) Then from t-code MCNB, i am filling the set up tables for extractor 2LIS_03_BX.

Here I m geeting a message that "1000 records selected for BW".

3) Now in the R/3 side if again i m looking for the data in datasource(2LIS_03_BX) in RSA3

I m not getting the data records there(showing 0 records).

Can anyone tell what is the reason for this. how can i get the setup tables

filled and data in datasource 2LIS_03_BX in R/3 side.

Hi,

Please follow bellow steps:

Go to Transaction LBWE (LO Customizing Cockpit)

1). Select Logistics Application

2). Select the desired Extract Structure and deactivate it first.

3). Click on `Maintenance' to maintain such Extract Structure.Select the fields of your choice and continue.Maintain DataSource if needed

4). Activate the extract structure

5). Delete the setup tables (T-Code LBWG)

Select the application (EX:11 u2013 Sales & Distribution) and Execute

6). Fill the Setup tables

7). Select Business Information Warehouse(SBIW)

i. Setting for Application-Specific Datasources

ii. Logistics

iii. Managing Extract Structures

iv. Initialization

v. Filling the Setup tables

vi. Application-Specific Setup of statistical data

8). Check the data in Setup tables at RSA3

Use of setup tables:

You should fill the setup table in the R/3 system and extract the data to BW - the setup tables is in SBIW - after that you can do delta extractions by initialize the extractor.

Full loads are always taken from the setup tables .
