Invalid Parameter Error Message

Upon promoting a Crystal Report Iam getting a strange message

'Invalid Parameter in a temp file' We have prompts and LOvs. All other reports using the LOVs are fine, connection is refreshed in BVM and LOV scheduled. In Dev 4.2 it is fine. Upon promoting to QA 5 it is giving this error. Tried deleting the report and repromoted- no luck.

Underlying data source is same. error code is

I was able to spot the error. The original logon info was pointing to a wrong table. However I was selecting the Custom Logon info and did not think that the mismatched original logon would make a difference. It does apparently.
