since you have knowledge of a abap based system ie r/3 bw etc , you should concentrate on installation administration of WAS java (ADM200) along with this , you also need to concentrate on Portal administration(security,connecting back end systems ,implementing SSO etc) .

coming to XI Questions at the end of each unit of the course TBIT50 and TBIT51 will be lot sufficient
