Internal Server error with status code 400 with chatgpt integration ?

Hi all ,

I am integrating chatgpt with sap builds aap , while doing i am following a blog :

while doing that i am facing An internal server error occured: HTTP operation failed invoking https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions with statusCode: 400.

can someone help how to resolve this.
