Integration testing is a testing process where you test how all the objects in BW work together, the way they are supposed to work together.
Examples: whether extraction works properly, whether data gets loaded, and rolled up, data is accurare and validated, data in reports is per the data in the data targets / source systems.
You need to create test cases and test scripts. There are some tools for testing like test director.
