Initialize Delta Process - Initialize without Data transfer

Hello,

What is the purpose/potential uses for 'Initialize Delta Process - Initialize without data transfer'. In what situations would you use that.

I understand that if you want to use a Delta update that you will have to at some point 'initialize the delta process'.

Your understanding is correct about Initialization. Initialization with out data transfer is Initialization will be done but there won't be any Data transfer occures and later on you can use delta extraction. Generally Initialization will take lot of time to extarct old Data. If we don't want this data we just do Init with out Data transfer.
