Initialize Delta Process - Initialize without Data transfer

Hello,

What is the purpose/potential uses for 'Initialize Delta Process - Initialize without data transfer'. In what situations would you use that.

I understand that if you want to use a Delta update that you will have to at some point 'initialize the delta process'.

Hi Nick,

One example is when you are loading from an ODS to a cube. You can perform an Init without data with a Full (Repair request)load. This is useful in this case as a full load take place from the Active data table and is faster.
