Importing users failed. Error is: Missing required displayName attribute

Dear Sap 

we discovered we are unable to impot users from csv files in Sap ID service

Since one week at least  we noted the import of these csv files exported from Sap IBP  fails  with the error:

First 0 users are imported. User import has been interrupted for users with email address "[email protected]". The reason for this error is as follows: "Failed to create user in IdDS: {"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"],"status":"400","scimType":"invalidValue","detail":"Missing required displayName attribute."}".

Not clear at all the reason of the error  , we always used this method since years.

We found note 3240210 , seems exacttly the issue

BUt again, we need to clarify what is changed and why , for sure nodoby of us  had set this field as Requested .

We are also facing the same issue, is anyone else also using Sucess Factors and ERP ?

Root Cause is Display Name setting is checked as Required. 
Uncheck the tick box 

via Applications and resources>Tennant Settings > Authentication - login Alias > Required (remove check box for Required) 

Steps to replicate issue

1. Download for IDP from S/4 Public Cloud Maintain Business User

2. Open Admin Console

3. Select Import Users 

4. Select Bundled Applications - Productive System 

5. Browse CSV File

6. Click Import

7. Error Occurs
