fiori.pngWe updated some components from PRD Fiori. When we access the system within a VPN connection, we don't use Webdispatcher and the access don't have any problem. When we access outside VPN, we use webdispatcher and receive the error:
“Changing log to HTTPS is not possible. HTTPS not configured/active. There were no switches over HTTPS, sending the password is not correct”.
We didn´t have this problem at DEV and QAS environments, because there is no Webdispatcher for then, only for production environment.
We tried to fix it configuring HTTPS connection, but we couldn´t. We changed the profiles, set the permissions to icmbnd file, activated the HTTPS at smicm, loaded certificates to Fiori and to Webdispatcher, but nothing worked, so we decided to let the message and open this contact.
We tried first with 443 port, then changed it to 44300 port. 44300 port is not blocked by the firewall. Webdispatcher server is at DMZ.
