HTTP Destination error

Hello Experts,

Getting the error as while pinging HTTP destination in NWA in SAP PO7.5 for receiver ABAP proxy

Error during ping operation: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: errno: 79 (A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.), error: Connection refused (local host unknown, remote portXXXX to address (IP Address)

Can someone please help me fix it?

First check whether IP, username and password is correct for the system you are connecting.

Second, the username which you are using to process end to end doesn't have full privileges to test. Ask security team to provide full access roles to the user.
