HTML5 React Project not creating from Template

Hi

I'm trying to generate a react project using the create from template feature of business application studio.

All the generators and tools and templates are apparently installed, but when I get to the point of creation I end up back at the BAS home screen with the errors below, it will not create the project.

Does anyone know why Angular projects will not create?
