We are testing workflow archive, and it is going well, except we're not yet comfortable with the final step - retrieving workflows after they have been both archived and deleted.
When viewing an SAP document, the "Services for Object" menu has an option for viewing "Archived workflows", but when we try it, the result is "No workflow meeting the criteria was found".
My hunch (wild guess) is we need to somehow tell the GUI where to look for the archived workflows, but I'm not sure where that connection is made.
Am I correct to assume that the menu option should work as I expect, that it will gather the information from the archived folders (rather than original tables) and display it in the normal workflow log interface?
If yes, what troubleshooting steps can we do to determine why the archived workflows are not found and displayed?
