I doubt it. As far as I know it is not transportable, one solid reason being that there are many users who exists only in PRD system but not in Dev. system so It doesn't make sense to transport it.

I dont think that it is transportable.

You can search on SAP help.

PS: Shashi, You can use this report RSSORPLI to replicate distribution list in R/3 System. Pls check documentation of this report in SE38.

RSSORPLI does not exist in BI system and you are right, we had to create manually again in PRD system.
