Header: Inconsistent with the runtime object

Hi All
I created a custom table and later changed a data element. After this change, errors started appearing, and I was not able to add or delete fields in the table.
then I deleted the table and tried to recreate it, but the table could not be activated properly and errors continued.
Error is: No active name tab exists for ZTEST_T1 Termination due to inconsistencies Table ZTEST_T1(Statements could not be generated) Error number in DD_DECIDE (9).
To fix this, I created a new table first and then copied it using the old table name. After running the required function module(DD_TABL_ACTM), the table was activated successfully and the SE14 database adjustment was completed.
Now, the table works at runtime. I am able to activate the table and enter data without any issues. However, in SE14 → Database Object Check, one field is still shown as inconsistent (in red). This field was already deleted earlier. Also, for this specific table name only, I am not able to add or delete fields. Copying the table works, but modifying the structure does not.
If I create the same table with a different name, everything works fine. Please advise how to permanently resolve the database object inconsistency and confirm whether it is safe to transport this object to the QA system.
Runtime object check: Consistent Please find the attached screenshot. SE14 database object check: Shows field inconsistency Please find the attached screenshot.

Note: SAP system is ECC and database system is DB6. (SAP_BASIS :740)

Thanks,
venkat.
