Hi All,
Please can anybody tell me How to delete Application Specific Data from SM13?
Regards,
Kiran
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Kiran,
Try if you have authorization for the T-code SMQ1.
Here you will find all the the data for each extraction queue.Ex:-For 11:-MCEX11 12:-MCEX12 03:-MCEX03.
If you want delete the application specific data selection respective queue and click on delete button this will delete the data.
Next time when the users posts the data these queues are created.
Hope this information may help you.
Regards
Ramesh

Hi
Start the report RSM13005 for the respective module (z.B. MCEX_UPDATE_03).
Status COL_RUN INIT: without Delete_Flag but with VB_Flag (records are updated).
Status COL_RUN OK: with Delete_Flag (the records are deleted for all modules with COL_RUN -- OK)
With the IN_VB flag, data are only deleted, if there is no delta initialization. Otherwise, the records are updated.
MAXFBS : The number of processed records without Commit.
ATTENTION: The delta records are deleted irrevocably after executing report RSM13005 (without flag IN_VB). You can reload the data into BW only with a new delta-initialization!
Hi Aduri,
I tried with RSM13005 program, i have specified MCEX_UPDATE_02 and selected Delete Radio Button and executed. Everytime it is giving 0 Number of deleted records. Please explain me what are the radio buttons i have to select.
Even i followed note Note 520845 - Number of deleted records in RSM13005 is always 0.
we have correct patch level. Please let me know what to do?
Regards,
Kiran
