give your group name to your functional guys and ask if its part of a parent node....based on that you can load the parent node and in the report you can select the child node (the hierarchy which you are looking for) and restrict it to a row...if you are not able to see the group when you select 'top nodes only' it means that the hierarchy which you are looking for is part of a parent node....and in the infopackage you will only see the top nodes
assign points if it helps....

Hello Kamal
Thanks for the response. We can see the list of hierarchies for a datasource in RSA6.

Hello Friends
Datasource name is "0ACCOUNT_0109_HIER" and it has several hierarchies. I am loading other hierarchies from this source regularly but only one is not showing up in RSA3 and in the infopackage but R/3 says it is available. Do we need any additional set up to bring this. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Vijay, Gimmo and BRB
thanks for the response. This Hierarchy is the old one but not loaded into BW. Now the user wants to use this hierarchy. It is available in R/3 system. I checked in RSA3 also but it is not showing in RSA3. Do we have to do any setup in R/3 system in order to get this hierarchy.
thanks

Hi,
Another thing is to make sure that the datasource is indeed meant for the accounts hierarchy. Different types of hierarchy requires different datasource. Please use BW07 in the source system to generate for the different types of hierarchies. Note this is meant for FISL sets. To view what the table the hierarchy is built on, go to GS03 and put in the hierarchy name. Take note of the table name.
Cheers,
Gim
