hana studio plugin for eclipse

Dear friends,

      I download the eclipse on the websit (http://www.elipse.org )My eclipse version is Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 4.5.2.20160218-0600 epp.package.java null ,EPP Java Package 4.5.2.201602180600 org.eclipse.epp.package.java.feature.feature.groupEclipse Packaging Project . And I can program on this compiler .

It is strange that I  cant retrieve hana studio plugin through the url (http://tools.hana.ondemand.com/mars).

My steps is following :

Open the eclipse , click help ,then  choose install new software , input the url above in the box after work with .

When it goes about 10% of the process . Eclipse will pops up a window , saying that "Unable to  connect to repository http://tools.hana.ondemand.com/mars/content.xml " .

I download eclipse from the website http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ . My elipse version info is  eclipse-java-mars-2-win32-x86_64 .
