Hi,
Could some one help me understand what HANA Run Time Licensing means. What can be done if I have a HANA Run Time License system and what can't be done.
1. Can i bring in Non SAP data into HANA Run time Licence system?
2. Can we build Calc views and other HANA object like Stored Proc, Table function, Tables etc
3. Can HANA Run Time and HANA Enterprise licensing system can interact ?

Request clarification before answering.
You need to speak with your account team for details. In general, though, you can only use HANA for the application and it’s approved interfaces. Any access to hana outside the application and any data not brought in via the app is generally is a violation.
Creating call views is usually not allowed unless the app is doing it.
Runtime and full use can coexist but there AE strict rules around that too.
I can’t stress enough that you need to talk to your account team though. They will have the definitive answer based on your license type.

Thanks for replying, Mark. Sure, will talk to my SAP Sales Person but need some clarity on your comment..
Does that mean i can bring in SAP and Non SAP data using SAP Application like SLT or Data Services ?
If I cant call a view or create a calculation view in HANA Runtime License system then what is the use case of replicating SAP and Non SAP tables into HANA? Do I need to build a data model using Business Objects/ Crytal reports and report the data out of HANA ?
If you are replicating data into HANA, that HANA usually needs to be a full use HANA license. It doesn't matter where the data comes from (SAP or non-SAP). If it is going into a new HANA tenant or instance, then that tenant or instance needs to be licensed for full HANA use.
The runtime licenses are only meant to be used under engineering SAP applications. Think CRM, S4HANA, BW4HANA, etc.
If you are trying to build a side-car or standalone HANA system (we also call this native HANA), then you need to license HANA for full use and then use a tool, like Business Objects, on top of that for reporting and analytics.
If you look at this blog HANA Live Implementation Sidecar and the graphic at the top, I think that illustrates what you are trying to do.
The left side represents the SAP engineered system (ERP in this case). The right side is the HANA sidecar. Data is copied from SAP ERP into the sidecar system with SLT. Yo could also incorporate other non-SAP data into the righthand system via other tools.
Since the right hand system is not part of the engineered system (SAP ERP), we call it a sidecar and must license it for full use. Additionally, most SAP runtime licenses prohibit copying of data out of the primary system without the proper rights to copy and distribute data. If you use HANA as a target for the application data, that full use HANA target gives you the license to copy the data.
There are so many nuances and variations, this is why the account team needs to get involved. I think that all SAP customers are covered under the same software usage rights legal docs. These are available online here at the Software Usage Rights webpage. You are looking for the SAP Software Use Rights document. This is where you will find wording like "not allowed to distribute data from tables residing in HANA [runtime] licensed for other Software" and "Use of the SAP HANA Studio, Cockpit and Web IDE component s is limited solely to administering, monitoring and creating custom views for the HANA [runtime] database instance."
It is navigating those terms that can be very difficult. Without proper guidance from SAP, you could end up with some license issues that you had not anticipated.

Mark
Some of the answers above are wrong and misleading.
To give you a clear answer, from the point of view of a HANA runtime License for BW :
1. Can I bring in Non SAP data into HANA Run time Licence system?
Yes. 100%. You can (have to) use SDI to bring data from a non SAP system...for example a Teradata, or SQL database...as long as you store this data in a BW. Actually in a BW/4HANA system it's the only technical way to import large amounts of data from such databases.
2. Can we build Calc views and other HANA object like Stored Proc, Table function, Tables etc
Here we should differentiate:
3. Can HANA Run Time and HANA Enterprise licensing system can interact?
I don't have experience in such scenario. At first glance, I would say that any licensing from SAP would try to encourage such scenario. But better if you just check with your SAP account manager.

Hello,
Although not a complete answer, following should clear your doubts partially:
What type of SAP HANA (License) do you need ?
SAP HANA Runtime License & HANA Modelling
