Hana DB refresh

Dear Guru's,

We are planning to refresh our QAS from PRD which is on Hana1.0sps12.

I have 2 requirements before going with the refresh.

1. We have some DB level users in QAS which I want to export before refresh and import user data after refresh, is it possible to exclude/export Hana users data before refresh..?

2. We have many interfaces which uses external commands(sm69), would like to export the data of external commands, which all tables I need to export to retain external commands data.

Hi,

1) I’m afraid there is no native functionality to export / import users, but please check following SAP Note:

2555718 - How to Import/Export users/roles in HANA

2) You can generate a transport request in SM69, release it and manually import after refresh.
